Warranty 

Goods are covered by a 2 year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover normal wear & tear, accidental damage, malicious damage or misuse.

Within the first 6 months (except where there is evidence of misuse that should have been identified by the retailer) Tucano Urbano will replace the faulty goods if a critical part of the item has failed. See Returns Procedure below.

Within the first 6 months (except where there is evidence of misuse that should have been identified by the retailer) Tucano Urbano will repair (or, at the absolute discretion of Tucano Urbano, replace) the faulty goods if no critical part of the item has failed. See Returns Procedure below.

After the initial 6 months and within the first two years for all defects (except where there is evidence of misuse that should have been identified by the retailer) Tucano Urbano will repair (or, at the absolute discretion of Tucano Urbano, replace) the faulty goods. See Returns Procedure below.

For reasons of hygiene base layers, socks, Sharpei, Face-TU-Face, hats, caps, silk layers, collars, balaclavas under helmet garments and other such items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they are faulty or in perfect resalable condition in unopened packaging. See Returns Procedure below.

Unwanted goods that are not faulty can be returned within 21 days from date of invoice. A handling charge of 15% is charged for unwanted returned goods if they are in perfect resalable condition in unopened packaging. See Returns Procedure below.

Goods must be inspected by the dealer upon delivery and defective or wrong delivery (not ordered) goods must be reported within 5 days and returned within 14 days from date of delivery for exchange (not refund). See Returns Procedure below.

Any goods returned must follow the Returns Procedure. Returns must be authorized by Tucano Urbano. The dealer should provide details of the item to be returned and the reasons for return to Tucano Urbano. Tucano Urbano will issue a returns authorization code (RUK) and provide the address details of the warehouse to which the goods should be dispatched. Faulty goods must be returned first with RUK reference for inspection.

Returned goods are only exchanged or credited after inspection by Tucano Urbano. Faulty goods will be replaced however, if after inspection, non faulty goods are deemed not suitable for re-sale Tucano Urbano may not provide a refund or a refund with 30% charge.

All goods supplied, whilst at the risk of the purchaser, remain the property of Tucano Urbano until any / all outstanding bills due to Tucano Urbano have been paid in full. The dealer agrees to hold all supplied goods as bailee, store them so that they can be identified as the property of Tucano Urbano and keep them separate from the dealer’s or other’s property until such payment(s) have been made. Tucano Urbano reserves the right to reclaim any such goods without the need to give notice (and the dealer agrees to grant an irrevocable licence for access to premises for this purpose) should credit terms be exceeded, payment dishonoured, the dealer declared bankrupt or winding up proceedings commenced or if, for any reason, the business is to cease or Tucano Urbano reasonably fears that such events may occur.

All goods are payable on order unless specific credit terms have been agreed. Credit terms, if agreed, are normally 30 days from end of month. Failure to abide by credit terms may result in the removal of any such terms and goods will subsequently only be dispatched on the receipt of cleared funds.

If agreed by Tucano Urbano, displays can be provided on an annually renewable licence. This licence can be cancelled by either party at one month notice. In this case, all displays remain the property of Tucano Urbano and must be returned in good condition at the end of the loan, however occasioned. The dealer agrees, as a condition of acceptance of the displays, to maintain them in good condition and treat them with due care at all times. All damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged.

Dealers warrant that the displays will only be used for the display of Tucano Urbano products.

Tucano Urbano Srl, whose head office is at Via 2 Giugno 60/B5, Cap. 20068 – Peschiera Borromeo (Milano), is the owner of the brand Tucano Urbano, its logos and writings, pictures, and the trademarks HYDROSCUD®, FINDITEASY®, REFLACTIVESYSTEM® and their pictures and logos.

Tucano Urbano Srl allows the undersigned dealers, who by this agreement accepts, the non exclusive right to use "Tucano Urbano" name, logo and images of Tucano Urbano products, supplied by Tucano Urbano by CD /mail, for the sole purposes of marketing original Tucano Urbano products / of selling original Tucano Urbano products.

The Dealer agrees to publish the above mentioned images, for the sole purposes of marketing original Tucano Urbano products / of selling original Tucano Urbano products.

The printing and/or publication of these pictures must be exactly the same as the final layout which must be submitted to and approved by Tucano Urbano Ltd (the UK subsidiary of Tucano Urbano Srl+ prior to printing and/or publication.

No other usage is permitted.

Tucano Urbano Srl can at any time and for any reason revoke this approval.

Any disputes arising from this agreement will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal of Milano.

Except by authorized replacement in their entirety, or where a separate written Sale or Return agreement is in place, these conditions may not be varied or altered by any employee of the company whether in writing or otherwise.

Tucano Urbano’s failure to enforce any of these conditions at any time does not prevent the later enforcement of any or all of them.
